The accumulated long-term experience of SA-Foundry engineers allows us to propose the most optimal mold or die design for automatic casting cells based on gravity die casting machines and the working cycle sequence of the gravity die casting machine, depending on the geometry and other requirements for the finished casting.
Using modern software products to simulate the process of filling the die and crystallization of the casting allows to minimize possible casting defects.
