Automatic melt pouring systems designed by SA-Foundry allow you to fully automate the process of pouring the melt into the die or mold. Modern linear ladle pouring robots are the most reliable for pouring large portions of the melt into the die or mold.
Automatic melt pouring robots SA-Foundry can be successfully used in automatic casting cells based on gravity die casting machines of various types and cold chamber high pressure die casting machines. All pouring robots are equipped with melt level sensors.
