SA-Foundry offers modern reverberatory furnaces for holding large amount (from 0.5 up to 30 tons) of non-ferrous metals and alloys melt.
Depending on the required parameters, the furnaces are produced on various types of fuel: gas, liquid fuel, electricity. The use of modern lining materials and burners allows to reduce the energy consumption of the furnace for holding the melts to perform technological operations with the melt (refining, degassing, modification, alloying).
These furnaces can also be used as the main or additional melting unit, depending on the type of charging materials. Also, depending on the needs of the customer, the furnaces can be made in a stationary or tiltable modification with hydraulic cylinders.
The main working parameters of SA-Foundry reverberatory furnaces with a capacity of 6 and 10 tons for aluminum alloys are presented in table 1 as an example.
