In October 2023, SA-Foundry sp. z o.o. completed the development of a project for a modern site for the production of high-quality castings from aluminum alloys by High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) for a new customer.
To implement this project, SA-Foundry sp. z o.o. supplied the customer with a new set of equipment for HPDC of aluminum alloys consisting of:
– High Pressure Die Casting machine with a locking force of 550 tons,
– electric melting/holding crucible furnace with a capacity of 600 kg for aluminum with panel heating elements and increased thickness of modern lining,
– linear robot for pouring the melt,
– chiller for cooling the casting machine,
– thermostats for molds,
– foundry molds.

This new High Pressure Die Casting shop is tailored to customer requirements and will allow the customer to increase the production of high-quality aluminum alloy castings.
